Smart Leak Detection and Repair (SmartLDAR) in accordance with ISPRA H18712
Recent studies show that up to 80% of controllable fugitive emissions, come from leakages in approximately 2% of the process equipment. This may seem like the proverbial needle in the haystack, however the Smart Platform from Evolvea is designed to support this very process in an efficient and cost effective manner. Sensors detect the location of a leakage and Volatile Organic Compounds,, and activates optical gas imaging technology, which enables the visualization of leakages in real-time, and the subsequent intervention.
Photoionization detector (PID) & Flame ionization detector (FID)
Detect Volatile organic and other gases, and measure their concentrations (part per billion), relative to dangerous levels and indeed air quality.
Fugitive emissions in Storage tanks - AP 42 Protocol
In compliance with the AP 42 Protocol (“Compilation of Air Pollutant Emission Factors”), The Evolvea Smart Platform quantifies VOC emissions resulting from the storage of hydrocarbons and other organic substances. This can be integrated with the SmartLDAR system.
